Label Print invests in two Lemorau machines

Label Print LLC, a Romania-based printing and labelling converter, has installed a Lemorau MEBR+ finishing system and a Lemorau ICR 4 slitting-inspection machine.

Lemorau is a finishing machine specialist based in Portugal.

The Lemorau MEBR+ is a modular digital finishing machine and was specified with two semi-rotary flexo units with UV curing, a fixed turn bar, delam/relam, pressure gauges, bearer wipers, clear on clear sensor, razor knives unit, speed pack to achieve a max speed up to 80m/min when die cutting in semi-rotary mode, cold foil, easy strip waste removal and air trim removal.

The exceptionally fast Lemorau ICR4 slitter-rewinder and inspection machine slits and rewinds at 400m/min and can run up to 295m/min with optional video inspection.

For the Lemorau ICR4 installation, Label Print LLC specified a TubeScan ++ inspection system by SBT, rewinder unit for defects, clear on clear sensor, anti-static bar and razor knives unit.

As standard, the Lemorau ICR4 includes automatic blade positioning, double rewinding and QRC - quick remote connection software.

Label Print LLC is an existing Lemorau customer having already acquired auxiliary equipment such as a the Lemorau ER400/900 roll lifter, manual and semi-automatic core cutters: Lemorau CT1500 and Lemorau CTA1500 and most recently an aAutomatic rRewinder Lemorau RA and another roll lifter Lemorau ER400/2000.
