Runtianzhi debuts Flora Orca 350 at Labelexpo Europe

Chinese manufacturer secures multiple orders for digital label printer on opening day.

Shenzhen Runtianzhi Digital Equipment has showcased its Flora Orca 350 label press at Labelexpo Europe 2025, where the company secured multiple orders on the first day of the exhibition, including a sale of the exhibition unit to an Italian agent and its client, plus orders for multiple J-350GT units from agents in Mexico, Turkey, Portugal and Argentina.

The Flora Orca 350 adopts an integrated design of digital printing, flexographic printing, varnishing and stamping, realizing seamless connection of multiple processes on a single piece of equipment. The system is equipped with industrial-grade piezoelectric printhead technology, supporting a maximum printing resolution of 1,200×1,200 DPI and a minimum ink droplet size of 3pl.

'The multi-functional integrated design of the Orca 350 perfectly meets the local market's demand for high-quality labels, and we are very optimistic about the market prospect of this equipment,' an Italian agent commented during the contract signing.

The equipment adopts a CMYK+W+OVG multi-color configuration, with a color coverage range of 85 percent of the Pantone color gamut. The press can process variable content, including serial numbers, QR codes and barcodes, to meet the needs of high-end applications like anti-counterfeiting traceability and personalized marketing.

The system is compatible with a variety of printing substrates, including coated paper, PET, PVC, PP films and special synthetic paper. It covers multiple application scenarios from traditional labels to flexible packaging.
