Taiwan’s TCI Co. invests in HP Indigo 20000

Vincent Lin, chairman of TCI Co., said: ‘The new HP digital capabilities will enable the company to deliver products with personalization to attract consumer loyalty as well as the flexibility to fit brand requests. We want to offer products each with a unique ID to enable unlimited imagination when connecting to the internet.’

TCI also puts high priority on sustainability in production. ‘We pride ourselves on being a green manufacturer and focus on building a circular economy, sourcing renewable energy, and achieving net-zero carbon emissions,’ added Lin.

The company develops and produces tailored products focusing on private labeling, including the expanding market trend of beverage sachets and facial masks. TCI today serves over 1100 brand partners in 54 countries.

Oran Sokol, director and general manager, HP Industrial business, Asia Pacific & Japan, said: ‘TCI’s move embraces the power of HP Indigo digital printing, offering a two-fold disruption of the flexible packaging market with variable data printing for engaging personalization and print security, in addition to the incremental benefit of a more sustainable solution.’

The HP Indigo 20000 press will be installed this month at the company’s Pingtung facility.
