Wilkri Etiketten has become the first in Germany to install a Wanjie WJPS semi-rotary offset press

Based in Reutlingen, Germany, Wilkri Etiketten is a supplier of high quality self-adhesive labels. It runs UV flexo, digital and waterless offset printing technologies, and now also wet offset with the Wanjie WJPS.

The values that define Wilkri Etiketten are noted as absolute reliability, 100 percent customer orientation, high quality products, flexible service with short delivery times, and ISO certifications for environment and sustainability.

Its investment decision followed strict printing tests with several manufacturers of offset machinery.

Wanjie Europe’s WJPS press portfolio includes the 350D, 450D, 560D and 660. These offer a web width from 350-660mm, a maximum printing width of 340-650mm and can handle materials from 60g/sqm up to 350g/sqm. The WJPS 350D can achieve up to 180 prints a minute, with the others in the range offering a production speed of 30-150 prints a minute.

Wanjie Europe identified the sale as one of the most important for it in Europe, ‘as it means entering a market as demanding as the German one’.

Spain-based Wanjie Europe has been created by Grupo Impryma and Chinese manufacturer Hebei Wanjie Machinery to sell its WJPS semi-rotary offset machines in Europe. It also offers service for Wanjie machines. It is directed by Félix Prieto (pictured, second from left).
