Intelicoat Technologies earns ISO 9001:2000 continued registration

InteliCoat Technologies, a manufacturer of coated paper, film and specialty substrates for imaging and electronic technologies, has announced continued registration of its South Hadley, Massachusetts, USA headquarters to ISO 9001:2000. The ISO 9001:2000 registration adheres to a set of international quality standards and requirements that define the principles and solid practices in manufacturing operations and critically important business disciplines.


InteliCoat Technologies’ South Hadley facility was recertified by ISOQAR, an independent third-party registrar regulated in the USA by the American National Accreditation Body (ANAB) and in the UK by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the sole national accreditation body recognized by the UK government. The company passed a rigorous triennial recertification audit of its ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) with high praise received from the ISOQAR lead auditor, commending InteliCoat’s internal audit process, clean and organized facilities and the high level of commitment provided by senior management.


InteliCoat’s US vice president of operations Robert Hodges cited the outstanding dedication, teamwork and collective commitment of all company employees in helping to achieve the goal of ensuring continual improvement of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations in product performance, cost and delivery.


InteliCoat products include imaging substrates for graphics, desktop, proofing, design engineering applications and information storage; electronic films for applications in printed wiring boards, flexible circuits, ceramic passive components; high temperature, conductive and shielding tapes; conductive films; and microfilm.
