INX acquisition expands operations to France
INX International Ink Co., a subsidiary of Sakata INX, is to expand its European presence with acquisition of Holliday Encres, and will begin servicing customers under the INX International France name.
The announcement signals stepped-up support for hundreds of the firm’s customers throughout Europe, and an infusion of financial as well as product development, production, distribution and technical capabilities.
‘We are proud to serve some of the foremost printing and packaging companies in France and throughout Europe,’ adds Antoine de Labeau, managing director of Holliday Encres, who will continue in that role with INX France. ‘And we are pleased to be moving forward with not only the added resources of the Sakata INX Group, but its strong commitment to our growth and progress.’
Preparations for a seamless transition have been virtually concurrent with negotiations, company officials report. INX France’s European customers are assured of uninterrupted product delivery as well as technical support - with additional system enhancements to be scheduled in the near future.
INX International Ink Co. serves customers in over 20 print-application industries through a global network of more than 50 facilities as part of Sakata INX worldwide operations. In Europe, the Group is already present in Spain (Sakata INX Espana) and in the United Kingdom (The INX Group UK).
