K2 installs flexo press at Renault Paper Products

K2 International and KDO & Raja Consultancy Services (RCS) have announced the installation and commissioning of a K2/KDO, 400 mm, 10 unit flexo press at Renault Paper Products, Palghar.

Equipped with ten flexo printing units with IR dryers, an additional six GEW UV dryers with e-bricks and all standard features of the K2 flexo series 3, including PLC's and touch-screen controls, this press can run most substrates at very fast speeds.

This is the tenth K2/KDO in India as well as the tenth machine sold by RCS to Renault Paper Products, who have now become a multi-process label, packaging and printing house, from screen and multi-hot-foil to flexo.

Mr Mahendra Shah of Renault Paper said: ‘KDO was the obvious choice for us given our range of substrates and products. I believe this to be a machine most suited to Indian conditions and one that represents simplicity, flexibility and value-for-money.’
