Karlville shrink sleeve solution at Interpack

Labels and Labeling thumbnail

Karlville Development will collaborate with Ko-Pack and Klockner to demonstrate all the steps of the shrink sleeve production process at the Interpack show. Ko-Pack will print a high shrink PVC film from Klockner on their latest edition central impression printer. Karlville will then seam the printed film with their High Speed Seamer. To complete the solution, the roll will be placed on Karlville’s sleeve applicator, the SleevePro-400. This machine applies the sleeves onto containers at speeds up to 400 pieces per minute.
Karlville is offering consultation with one of its multiple experts on inks, substrates, specialized seaming solvents, printing techniques, seaming and inspecting issues, application and shrinkage issues, oven types, new developments such as the BST Pro-Sleeve Lay Flat measuring systems or any other topics regarding the shrink sleeve business.
