Kingsway Printers order second Mark Andy 2200 press

Kingsway Printers have ordered a second Mark Andy 2200 press for their plant in Lincolnshire, UK.  Scheduled for delivery at the end of the year, the new flexo press, a six-color 13” model, mirrors the company’s previous investment in 2003.

Speaking on the Mark Andy stand at Labelexpo in Brussels, the company’s UK managing director Paul Briggs stated: ‘We were delighted to convert Kingsway to Mark Andy technology two years ago, and the order of a second 2200 fully vindicates their switch of brand.’

Kingsway managing director Richard Pullan added: ‘The first 2200 has made a strong case for itself and allowed us to move into the market for added value labels.  We need the second machine to cater for this major growth in our business.’
