Labelexpo organize TLMI Scholarship Golf Challenge

The TLMI Scholarship Golf Challenge, organized by Labelexpo, takes place every year at Lake Barrington Shores Golf Club, Illinois, to raise money for students who are interested in pursuing a career in the tag and label industry.  Last year the event, that took place on July 18 with 88 label printers and suppliers in attendance, raised an incredible $14,775, putting the total raised in five years at $71,385.

Stephen Krogulski, Labelexpo American market development manager, said: ‘This is now the seventh year that we at Labelexpo have been organizing the TLMI Scholarship Golf Challenge and we are pleased that the event continues to attract high numbers of converters and suppliers, all enthusiastic to get together for a first-rate day out for good cause. We are all keen to give something back to the industry that supports us by contributing towards further education and careers in the tag and label industry. I’d like to thank everyone who participated in last year’s outing – especially all the sponsors, Conference Technology Enhancements (the registration and housing company for Labelexpo Americas) who donated all of the raffle prizes, and all the area restaurants and hotels who donated gift certificates. We look forward to seeing you at the golf outing in July!’
