Imidia acquires Rapid Label USA

The company has acquired Rapid Label USA from Impression Technology Americas. Impression Technology Europe continues to distribute Rapid products in Europe.

Florida-based Imidia Digital Technologies is a regional distributor of digital print media and digital printing options for labels, textile, large format and variable data. The company was established in 2002 and distributes its products in Latin America and the Caribbean. 

‘This is a strategic acquisition to expand our distribution of digital printing solutions in the USA, in a segment that is experiencing continuous growth such as label printing,' said Heberto Pachon, president of Imidia Digital Technologies.

Nick Mansell, general manager of the Rapid companies in Australia, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Herberto Pachon and his Imidia team to the worldwide Rapid distribution network.
