Inovar Packaging acquires LabelPrint America

The acquisition, made in partnership with LabelPrint America’s management, is Inovar’s first platform company in the New England region and adds to its existing manufacturing footprint in the Southwest in Texas and the Southeast in Florida. 

Inovar is executing a strategic plan for growth, both organically and through acquisitions in partnership with business owners and management, building regionally based prime label and flexible packaging businesses across the country. Inovar’s mission is to serve the needs of specialty consumer and industrial products companies requiring fast response, speed-to-market and dedicated personal service while offering multiple press options and converting platforms with complex decorative capabilities. It plans to acquire more prime label and packaging convertors in the near future in partnership with AEA Investors, as reported here.

Tony Yemma, LabelPrint America owner and CEO, is an invested partner and will join the combined company as a sales consultant and ambassador for the business. LabelPrint America president Robin Hamilton is also an invested partner and will serve as vice president and general manager for the New England region. LabelPrint America will continue to operate out of its current facility in Newburyport.
