Joint venture agreement creates Flint Group Africa

Flint Group and Continental Printing Inks and Eagle Ink Systems have announced the completion of their joint venture agreement which creates the now combined business, Flint Group Africa. The transaction will allow Flint Group Africa to pursue a greater presence in the continent.
