StudioRIP ties up with Malhotra Graphics in India

StudioRIP’s new version, StudioRIP XF, was also launched at IPEX 2014. It is currently undergoing BETA testing and will be available for download soon.

Some flexo and gravure features of StudioRIP include angle manipulation, dot shapes, hybrid screening (shifted and pillar hybrid screens and combination), post-processing tools, ink spread compensation and a seamless option.

The other features are PS level 3 capability, PDF 1.7 compatibility, advanced media saving, remote operation, customizable prepress marks, enhanced preview with realistic colors and advanced zoom, high quality AM screening, hybrid screening, custom angles, soft proofing with JPEG and PDF export, dot gain compensation, retouch tools and automatic internet updates. 

Workflow edition features include all features listed above in addition to TIFF output, imposition, trapping, ink duct control, stochastic screening, flexo, seamless, and digital proofing.
