HP Indigo marks 200 sales of 6K+ at Loupe
Atlanta converter Brightline named 200th customer as full digital label portfolio runs live at booth 3223.
HP Indigo has surpassed 200 sales of its HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press since its launch at Labelexpo Europe 2025, marking the milestone at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, where the Atlanta-based converter Brightline Label and Packaging has been named the 200th customer.
'I've worked with HP Indigo technology for over a decade, and the HP Indigo 6K+ stood out for its proven performance, exceptional quality, and how naturally it fits into the automated, data-driven operation we're building at Brightline,' said Adam Seiz, owner of Brightline Label and Packaging. 'The added capacity and consistency mean our customers can count on us for faster turnarounds, broader applications, and room to scale their own growth. This press is the foundation of what comes next, and we're excited to build it with HP.'
'Achieving 200 sales in such a short time reflects the confidence converters have in the platform and in HP Indigo's vision for the future of nonstop digital production,' said Noam Zilbershtain, vice president and general manager of HP Indigo. 'At Loupe Americas, we are showcasing solutions that enable converters to meet the demands of short-, mid- and long-run label production, while building on this momentum with AI-powered innovations and automated workflows designed to help them address rising costs, labor and material shortages, and evolving production requirements.'
At booth 3223, visitors can experience live demonstrations of the HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press, including Enhanced Productivity Mode which enables converters to run at up to 33 percent higher press speed using only CMY inks covering up to 90 percent of the Fogra39 color gamut. The HP Indigo 200K Digital Press will be demonstrated across both label and flexible packaging applications, including the HP Indigo Digital Pouch Factory end-to-end workflow from file to finished pouch. An optional add-on slitter for the 200K gives label converters a pathway from narrow-web labels into flexible packaging. Thirteen end-to-end production projects developed with 15 partners across prepress, media and finishing are also on show, spanning pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves and RFID-enabled labels.
A new interactive 3D experience of the HP Indigo V12 Digital Press makes its Loupe Americas debut, allowing visitors to navigate inside the press and explore its LEPx technology in a way not possible during a physical demonstration.
HP is also showcasing HP Nio v1.2, the latest update to its AI-powered PrintOS companion, with upcoming integration with HP Site Flow and HP Color Beat announced at the show, extending AI guidance across workflow automation and color management. HP Site Flow gains a new product creation experience, improved production visibility and enhanced reporting via HP Print Beat. An automated direct mail workflow developed with BCC Software is also being demonstrated, reducing production lead times by approximately two to five days.
'Every capability we add to PrintOS is designed to work smarter for our customers, not just add another dashboard,' said Diana Pascual Soldevilla, general manager of HP Industrial Print Software and Solutions. 'At Loupe, we're showing how AI, automation and expert guidance come together to help print businesses win more work, produce more efficiently and grow with confidence.'
HP has also expanded its in-line primer ecosystem in North America, adding Sun Chemical and Actega as primer partners alongside Michelman, giving converters greater choice for label press applications.
