Sun Chemical and Cyngient form narrow web partnership

Sun Chemical and Cyngient have formed a strategic partnership to develop specialty coatings and adhesives for narrow web label and package printing converters.

The companies will formally introduce the partnership at Loupe Americas 2026, held September 15-17 in Rosemont, Illinois.

Central to the collaboration is a co-branded Sun Chemical and Cyngient product line featuring advanced coatings and high-performance adhesives. The portfolio is intended to help converters produce differentiated visual and tactile effects while maintaining on-press performance.

The partnership combines Sun Chemical’s technology portfolio and global research and development resources with Cyngient’s specialty products, technical support and service capabilities.

The companies will also jointly support converters throughout product selection, application development, testing and commercial production.

Sun Chemical will exhibit at booth 326 during Loupe Americas, while Cyngient will be located at booth 1101.
