LPS Labels acquires Stampiton Labels

The Danish listed label company Klimax A/S has acquired the shares of Folderbirch Ltd, the holding company of Stampiton Labels Ltd, through LPS Labels Ltd. The transaction was completed on July 4.

As well as its two manufacturing plants in Denmark, Klimax A/S operates Etiflex BV in Ommen, the Netherlands and LPS Labels Ltd in Bridgwater, UK

The companies within the Klimax group are specialized in label printing for a wide range of customers within the food, dairy and healthcare segments across Europe.
