Coveris enters Czech market with S&K Label acquisition

Following recent acquisitions in Hungary and Poland, S&K Label marks the third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe.

Coveris has signed and completed another strategic deal in Central and Eastern Europe with the acquisition of S&K Label in the Czech Republic.

Following Coveris’ recent acquisitions of two flexible packaging plants in Hungary and Poland, S&K Label in the Czech Republic marks the third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe, and the first acquisition of a labels business outside of the UK.
