Graco acquires Valco Melton

Graco has signed an agreement to acquire Valco Melton in an all-cash transaction. Valco Melton will become part of Graco’s industrial division upon closing, expected sometime in the third quarter.

Like Valco Melton, Graco has a long history of serving customers in a wide variety of material handling markets.

With a 74-year history of supplying adhesive dispensing and inspection technology in 87 countries, and with more than 650 employees, Valco Melton will continue to serve industrial and packaging markets with technology that enhances product quality and manufacturing performance. The acquisition is expected to build on complementary capabilities and support continued global growth.
