Tipa acquires Sealpap
The partnership combines Tipa’s certified compostable technologies with Sealpap’s recyclable coated paper products.
Tipa Compostable Packaging, a global compostable flexible packaging company, together with its European subsidiary Bio4Pack, has acquired Sealpap, a recyclable paper-based packaging company.
This acquisition marks a significant step in Tipa’s mission to transform the flexible packaging industry. By combining Tipa’s certified compostable technologies with Sealpap’s recyclable coated paper products, the partnership provides global brands with packaging technology that aligns with their product needs, while meeting environmental goals and new EU regulations.
