Mark Andy and Operon Systems team up at Labelexpo Americas

Mark Andy has teamed up with Operon Systems to show the latest productivity and profitability improvement tools at Labelexpo Americas in Chicago in September. The RedHawk productivity system by Operon Systems, will be shown live on the 2200 during the event.

Operon Systems’ RedHawk turnkey data gathering and analyzing tool is providing newfound manufacturing efficiencies of 25 per cent over previous production standards - realized in just weeks of implementation. RedHawk is expected to help companies maximize productivity and sustain competitive advantages throughout their operations.

The Mark Andy 2200 has been completely renovated and updated. The 2200 has been extended to cover a range of option packages, from the 2200 L to a highly sophisticated 2200 XLS. The adaptation of the RedHawk productivity system allows a converter to maximize throughput by monitoring all production processes to drive productivity on any level of the machine.
