Mark Andy appoints distributor for United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Mark Andy has appointed Flexo Image Graphics Pvt Limited (FIG) as its exclusive distributor for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and surrounding countries. The move builds on a working partnership that formed in 2000 when FIG was appointed to look after the sales and service aspects of Mark Andy, Comco and UVT business in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal, where the demand for printed packaging is growing rapidly and the interest in flexo technology to produce it continues to rise.

‘With the sub continent home to one of the world’s largest and fastest growing areas of population, Mark Andy is taking steps now to ensure that existing and prospective customers are served by a well equipped and professional team with good product knowledge and technical expertise,’ said president, Paul Brauss.

Mark Andy is also planning to open new showroom and demonstration facilities in Switzerland to serve the European market, and in Shanghai, for the burgeoning demand of China.  These new centres of technical excellence will offer training and testing facilities to converters, as well as offering regional expo opportunities.
