Max, the customer service and support team of Mark Andy, has partnered with Rotary Technologies, a manufacturer of infeed and re-register technology. Rotary's Servo 3000 Infeed Re-register is an upgrade to existing Mark Andy products and is now available through the Max Enhancements and Upgrades team.

Adam Baer, vice president of customer support, Mark Andy, said: ‘We are proud to add the Servo 3000 to our aftermarket offerings. Max is committed to exploring new applications and we believe this product will do just that for our valued customer base.’

The Servo 3000 is claimed to reduce material waste while adding capabilities to the press. It allows for an unlimited amount of colors, the production of multilayer labels and increased precision in perforations and/or die cuts, all at full production speed. Additionally the system reportedly improves press registration, increases the freedom to use a variety of materials, reduces downtime and has the ability to salvage a job by re-running a roll to fix a mistake. Completely portable, the Servo 3000 has the flexibility to be used on different presses or offline finishing equipment.

‘We have worked diligently on the technology of the Servo 3000 and feel it is unmatched,’ commented Joe Nicholson, president, Rotary Technologies. ‘Offering it through a strong aftermarket organization like MAX will help us to deliver this unique innovation to customers we may not have realized through existing channels.’
