Matan appoints new VP sales for North America

Matan Digital Printers Ltd has announced an addition to its management team, with the appointment of Richard Hauser as its vice president of sales for North America.
Hauser has served for the past six years as the US Sales director and regional sales manager for Scitex Vision. Prior to his work for Scitex Vision, he held senior positions in Graphic Resources Inc., Alias Full Color, Artronics, Inc. and Interdata, Inc.
Matan believes that Hauser's understanding and experience in related areas, such as digital printing, hardware and software, will be a meaningful asset to its customers. Hanan Yosefi, Matan's CEO, said: ‘Following the opening of our US office early in the year, I'm delighted to welcome Richard Hauser to further strengthen our presence in the North American market. I am positive that Richard will utilize his extensive experience in sales as well as his excellent working relations with leading industry figures to better serve our customers.’
Hauser adds: ‘I see an exciting opportunity to be part of a company whose technological expertise provided the engineering basis for some of the most successful Nur and Scitex lines of super-wide format printers. With the introduction of both the new Matan JetSeti and the Matan SpringPro, I see Matan positioning itself as a major player in the combined signage and label market places.’
