AB Graphic launches finishing developments

AB Graphic has launched a series of finishing equipment developments at Labelexpo Americas 2012.

At the HP Indigo booth, ABG demonstrated digital print finishing with its Digicon Series 2 equipped with a new automatic die loading system and underscoring system which is all controlled through the operator's control screen.

Featured on its own booth was a new Omega flatbed die-cutting line designed for folding carton finishing. It has the capability to imprint for Braille.

An Omega HSR1700 inspection slitter featured a 'fast' automatic slitting terminal with servo-driven pre-positioning. Also unveiled was an Omega HSR1700 slitter rewinder made especially for films finishing.
