Codimag to unveil productivity enhancements

Label press manufacturer Codimag will reveal productivity, performance and software integration advances for its Viva Aniflo printing press program at Labelexpo Europe 2019.

Codimag’s Viva Aniflo 420

The Codimag’s technology uses waterless offset plates and inks supplied by an anilox roll system. It combines quality with short setup times, minimum manual input, extended color gamut and a fully digital pre-press workflow.

The French manufacturer offers three Aniflo presses offering similar features and capabilities in 340mm and 420mm widths, both configurable with in-line finishing options that can include hot foil, flatbed foil, fluted foil, photopolymer embossing, flexo varnishing, lamination, screen printing and die-cutting.

At the show, Codimag will showcase its enhanced Viva 420 Aniflo press with improvements in productivity. The new features include a web motion system and maximum speeds of 85m/min, with in-line finishing.

Codimag will be also demonstrating an integrated digital workflow – an Industry 4.0 development – that provides a data connection between ERP and management information software, the pre-press software and the press, digitizing the process and reducing manual input.

The company will also repeat its Aniflolive experience at the show, inviting customers to print their own job immediately on the press and experience its simplicity, speed and quality of the complete Aniflo process at first hand.
