CTI launches fan-folder

Netherlands-based Converting Technology International has developed a fan-folder aimed at label converters who need an economical system for converting self-adhesive material.

The machine, available from June 2012, is fully servo driven and uses a vacuum technique for the actual folding process.

It is said to be easy to operate and to require low maintenance, while it can also reduce changeover time and waste. It folds even without ties between the labels.
