Delta to show Mod-Tech web converting system at Labelexpo

Delta Industrial, a designer and manufacturer of web converting and packaging equipment, will demonstrate Edge Laser technology in-line with digital print at Labelexpo Europe in hall 7, stand 7N20.

The Delta Mod-Tech system demonstration will include digital print, laser cutting, rotary die-cutting and web steering capabilities. The Edge laser module specializes in complex geometries, precision products and quick-changeover. The Edge module’s flexibility is due in part to its servo-controlled robotic arm for laser module repositioning.

Benefits of the Delta Edge are claimed to include design flexibility, cost efficiency, high quality output, minimal material waste, high reliability and low maintenance. Delta’s in-line digital printing is capable of serialized numbering, standard barcoding, 2-D barcoding, variable data and variable imaging. The digital print module features 4-color CMYK, 360 dpi and up to 11” print width. This system may be run in-line with the Delta Mod-Tech Reciprocating Packager for a full turn-key manufacturing and packaging system.
