Domino Amjet will show its new N600 inkjet press and K600 inkjet system at Labelexpo Americas.

Capable of printing onto a range of paper and plastic labelstocks, the N600 will be demonstrated in a reel-to-reel configuration with a print width of 13.1 inches. The N600 press can also be configured to operate in-line with digital finishing via a dancer roller web infeed. Features include automatic head cleaning and an optional corona treatment module that supports a wide range of substrates. Most industry labelstocks can be used without pre-treatment. The press offers 1200 dpi nominal print resolution with a native resolution of 600 dpi and four grayscales operating at 50-75 m/min using UV inks.

Domino will also introduce the K600, a high resolution, single color piezo inkjet system. The latest addition to the company’s K-Series range, the 600dpi K600 digitally prints complete products. Print widths range from 108mm (4.25”) to 780mm (30.8”), with scalability being achieved by mounting print modules across a bar. The K600 joins a range which includes the K100, K150 and K200 variants. These are available with UV curable and low volatile solvent inks and have been deployed in a variety of applications since their 2005 introduction. The K-Series’ variable data printing capability supports barcodes, 2D codes including QR Codes, numbers, graphics, logos and personalized data in a range of different image sizes.
