Franklin introduces Covinax 625 adhesive for durable labels

Franklin Adhesives & Polymers has launched Covinax 625, an emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) developed especially for performance and versatility in a wide range of durable label and tape applications.

According to the company, with improved performance, emulsion PSA has gained popularity in multiple durable applications compared to solvent-based PSA due to its environmental benefits from being solvent-free and the reduced total applied cost.  The adhesives for durable applications should incorporate features such as high adhesion to various surfaces while having good cohesive strength to withstand exposure to moisture, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations.
