Frimpeks launches Expleo UV flexo narrow web ink

Frimpeks, a manufacturer of printing inks and varnishes, launched at Labelexpo Americas 2012 a UV flexo ink called Expleo, part of the company’s recently launched range of narrow web inks.

The UV flexo ink range complements existing company ranges for UV offset, letterpress and screen printing.

Expleo is described by Frimpeks as having excellent printability, excellent flow characteristics, particular color and gloss intense color strength. Through the use of modern raw materials, this series is also suitable for high-resolution requirements in HD printing, as well as shrink sleeve labels.

Process colors, basic Pantone colors and special-resistant colors are all available.

Uwe Börner, sales director for inks and varnishes at Frimpeks, said: With this first new color series Expleo, in the family The System, Frimpeks launches new production in the future of ink technology.
