Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM), a designer and manufacturer of web converting and printing equipment, will demonstrate a new generation of its DC330 finishing lines in-line with digital print at Labelexpo Europe.

The GM system will include digital semi-rotary die-cutting and a new super gloss varnish system. The super gloss system runs without the traditional super gloss foil and thereby saves cost in production. The digital die-cut module is mounted on a new compact version of the DC330 converter named the DC330mini. This new version provides ultrasonic web guiding, flexo varnish with super gloss, semi-rotary die-cutting, slitting and dual rewind. The unit measures only 2.3 x 1.5 meters and is designed with attractive pricing and quick-changeover times in mind. The DC330mini is fully servo driven and modular. It can run in-line or offline with a digital press. Optional features include a print buffer, screen units, laser die cutting and sheeting modules.

The DC330 converting lines can be seen at the GM, Epson and Xeikon booths during Labelexpo Europe.
