Improved stability of rotec Adapters with new Interlock-Ring

To increase the durability of rotec Adapters for flexo printing, Flint Group Flexographic Products division has added a new modification to the product range.

The rotec Unifit Adapters, rotec H/C Unifit Adapters and rotec Atlas Unifit Adapters are now available with an optional Interlock-Ring on the reverse side. For these specific adapters the standard metal interlock-plate can be substituted by a new stainless steel Interlock-Ring, which offers maximum protection to the edges of the fiber glass base construction. In addition, the stability of the notch and the potential life span of the adapter are claimed to be much improved, allowing for the extra cost of the Interlock-Ring to be ‘very quickly’ recovered.
