At Labelexpo Americas, Industrial Inkjet will unveil the latest model in its range of ColourPrint inkjet print engines for the label industry.

The ColourPrint 142 HQ uses Konica Minolta inkjet printheads and is said to come with the reliability and ease of use demonstrated by earlier products in the range.

‘Our new print engine, with 720 x 720 dpi resolution, is fast and has the highest quality in the market,’ said John Corrall, managing director of Industrial Inkjet. ‘I believe that it will open up new opportunities and will start the next phase in the development of the digital label market. While a proportion of customers have been happy with the quality from our 360 dpi models, some clients in the label sector are looking to match the print quality and production speeds of flexo. This new ColourPrint system takes us a step closer to meeting those requirements and I believe it will set a new print quality standard for inkjet digital printing.’

Cambridge, UK-based Industrial Inkjet will show the new machine on the Konica Minolta stand, 5924. The company is also a regional service center for Konica Minolta.
