LemuGroup launches LI RFID 220 Advanced

LemuGroup has introduced LI RFID 220 Advanced for high value label manufacturing in its label division.   

LemuGroup has identified the needs of the market and developed the new LI 220 RFID Advanced. The new machine offers two operational alternatives in a single module. It allows the manufacturing of multilayer labels with endless number of unique label designs. It allows chips to be inserted between the liner and the label without hindering the visual design of the label. 

The LI 220 RFID Advanced has developed the delam/relam system which allows the liner to be separated from the label. Then, the chip is inserted into the liner and the label is fitted back on top of the chip. 

This is made possible by the fact that the LI 220 RFID Advanced contains a servo-driven register on the upper shafts that enables insertion at the exact location with a high precision. 

The LI220 RFID Advanced can be operated as a module that could be added to a RFID verification system or other operations
