Lintec brings diverse labelstock to Brussels

Lintec will be returning to Labelexpo Europe with a wide range of high performance labelstocks designed for use in a variety of sectors, such as security, healthcare and industrial.

Lintec’s stand design for Labelexpo Europe

The recently launched tamper-evident non-transfer ‘VOID’ security labelstock in blue, red and transparent will be on display at the Lintec stand. When removed, the labelstock’s tamper-indicating properties instantly reveal a non-reversible message within the label substrate. Unlike conventional ‘VOID’ materials, the film does not leave any residue on the application surface favored by luxury consumer packaging and pharmaceutical box seals.

Lintec will also showcase Footprint labelstock designed to reveal product tampering and reduce the likelihood of counterfeit. With an adhesive incorporating covert surface penetrating properties the label substrate appears to be conventional under normal lighting conditions. However, once removed, the area where it was applied will become visible under a UV light.

In the industrial section, visitors will be able to see new multi-layered label material, designed for automotive and industrial paint shop use. The thermal transfer printable polyester base layer ensures adhesion and dimensional stability. Once applied to the vehicle chassis, this label is overlaminated with a stack of three layers of the same clear film.

Moreover, the company will feature its re-sealable oil tolerant closure labelstock specifically designed for oil-based cleansing and moisturising wet tissues with the film that is able to resist degradation caused by direct contact with oil-based substances.

‘The products that we’ll have on display at Labelexpo Europe will offer only a glimpse into our wider portfolio. We want to leave visitors with the confidence that Lintec is a dependable business partner and one that is passionate about delivering solutions that address challenges in the label industry. We look forward to a very productive show in September,’ said Soichiro Fujinaga, technical manager of Lintec Europe.
