Lucid Dream launches Web2Workflow

Lucid Dream Software has launched a new version of its TribalSketch web store front, called Web2Workflow. ‘Web2Print has come to mean so many different things that Lucid has coined the term Web2Workflow for its new version,’ said the company in a statement.

Web2Workflow is designed as two main components: a hosted web store front and a locally installed, fully integrated production workflow. Site visitors can register accounts, get pricing with shipping and taxes, create projects, upload files, receive automated production proofs and checkout with full payment.

Web2Workflow includes the TaskForce Workflow Server to handle the latest in production print designs; TaskForce Rip, I-Trap in-rip and interactive trapping; high resolution online proofing with I-Zoom; I-PDFxM for exporting production ready PDF files; and imposition with the inPO2 plugin. The TaskForce Workflow Server connects to the Web Store Front using standard SOAP API which enables it to be interfaced with virtually any website.
