Mark Andy, has launched sMArt link, a mobile device accessible real-time monitoring system for label and packaging converters.

Key features of the sMArt link real-time monitoring system include remote monitoring and real-time troubleshooting from desktop and mobile devices, enabling users to remotely monitor production process data. This means that label converting companies can keep an eye on their production processes from anywhere, at any time and have access to the data they need to make informed decisions and optimize their press utilization.

Data tracking capabilities, including machine performance, material usage and labor efficiency helps users to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in their production processes so that adjustments can be made to improve overall productivity.

‘We are thrilled to be releasing sMArt link to the market,’ said Gretchen Tobol, product manager, flexo presses at Mark Andy. ‘We believe it will fundamentally change the way the industry monitors performance and optimizes press utilization. We can't wait to see the impact it will have on the industry.’

In addition to real-time monitoring, sMArt link also offers data tracking capabilities, including machine performance, material usage, and labor efficiency. This allows users to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in their production processes and to make the necessary adjustments to improve their overall productivity.

Prior to this at the end of last year, Mark Andy delivered more than 30 toner and inkjet-based hybrid machines to Polish printers and converters, making the company number one among hybrid vendors in the country. The Polish market also has a significant share in the entire sales of Mark Andy’s hybrid presses in Europe.
