Nilpeter, Screen further partnership in North America with Digital Days open house
Nilpeter USA and Screen Americas are to host an invitation-only open house, Digital Days, showcasing their respective know-how and deepening their relationship for hybrid printing.
Scheduled for June 13, Digital Days will be used to showcase their combined flexo-digital expertise. It builds on their recently confirmed partnership to align their collective go-to-market activities for the Panorama digital label printing platform, providing complete, end-to-end support to North American label converters.
Panorama will be the focal point of Digital Days and be used to illustrate how so-called ‘true hybrid' in-line production differs from conventional flexo/near-line converting.
Paul Teachout, vice president of sales and marketing at Nilpeter USA, explained: ‘The fully integrated, purpose-designed, highly engineered solution represented by the Panorama stands in sharp contrast to aggregated, add-on component options that truly cannot achieve the seamless production needed in today’s converting environment.’
Further presentations will cover order entry, pre-press and color management, to effects and decoration, printing and full converting. They will be delivered by vendor partners One Vision, Color Logic, Refine Finishing and Techkon.
Cincinnati State University’s Workforce Development Center will also update on job training, recruitment, internships and related opportunities in support of progressive employers. A market trends and insight report by NAPCO Media and a tour of the Nilpeter USA facilities are also planned.
