Pulse to launch ink range at South China Label Show

In a move to increase exports, ink manufacturer Pulse Roll Label Products will exhibit for the first time at South China Label Show and feature the latest developments in its range of inks and varnishes for labels and packaging.
As well as its conventional range of formulation for letterpress, screen and flexo printing, the company will introduce the new SLM and SG UV Flexo inks for shrink films and labels and its recently launched SF010 UV screen white for combination printing.
Also completely new is a range of UV matt varnishes claimed to combine even lay down characteristics with excellent flow and over printability at superior press speeds on a wide range of papers, films and foils. The range includes satin, matt and super matt formulations.
The company will also feature its Digitech range of UV varnishes aimed at users of digital print engines and available in gloss, matt, super matt and foil blockable formulations. The range includes a UV curable primer that permits priming of substrates for subsequent HP Indigo usage. The formulations are suited to a wide range of substrates including coated paper, board, treated and primed synthetics as well as aluminum foils.
Managing director Gary Seaward said: ‘We see South Asia as new growth potential for us where we can provide printers with both conventional and tailored solutions that resonate with market sectors where we already have considerable expertise. We work closely with customers and end users to ensure we understand their needs in order to obtain the best results possible. Exports currently account for 30 percent of our sales and we are seeking to grow this through the appointment of distributors and representatives in the region.’
