RotoMetrics to show rotary and digital technologies

The new flexible die-cutting system, which integrates Electro Optic technology, is claimed to enhance die levelness, improve consistency and increase longevity for better performance across all materials, including thin films and abrasive materials. 

On show will be RotoRepel, the award-winning adhesive-control treatment that now also offers enhanced performance allowing presses run faster and dies last longer.

RotoMetrics will be also showcasing Versa-Cut, the new infinite adjustability anvil; MaxLyte Magnetic system, a patent-pending magnetic cylinders offering improved performance through weight reduction; and EZ Clean Idler and Stripping Rolls which increase press speed and improve web tracking. 

The company will also promote its MyRoto.com portal, developed for online quoting and ordering, which has been enhanced with new features to better track and manage the die library. 

Show visitors will be able to see RotoMetrics’ main stand 4B45 along with stand 9A20 dedicated to digital technology. MaxLyte Magnetic cylinders will be also demonstrated live at the Focus Label Machinery and Bar Graphic Machinery booths.
