SEI introduces Kyojet digital inkjet UV in-line module

SEI laser has introduced Kyojet, a new digital high-resolution inkjet UV in-line module. Kyojet integrated with Labelmaster is said to be the only single-pass machine that delivers labels from PDF and printing to finishing and ready to ship. Labelmaster and Kyojet are distributed and serviced in North America by Matik.

Labelmaster and KyoJet optimize the web to label process. An automated digital solution, the system provides in-line, single-pass printing and finishing, with zero waste, no idle or setup time and zero flexible dies.

SEI laser’s Labelmaster, includes the flagship narrow-web (13.78” [350 mm]) and medium-web (23.62” [600 mm]) laser cutting and finishing systems. Labelmaster meets the market demand for low- and medium-high volumes. Options include one to four stations, with laser powers ranging from 150 to 500 W each, achieving a production speed of 328 feet per minute. (100 meters per minute). Precision laser cutting and superior quality are key advantages of Labelmaster.
