Wausau launches performance transfer tapes
Wausau Coated Products has launched two new series of performance acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive transfer tapes offering resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and plasticizers.
The new i series transfer tapes are designed for applications where a permanent bond to HSE substrates and enhanced performance characteristics are required. The T series offers permanent bonding performance to both HSE and LSE substrates with extended shear properties at elevated temperatures. Both series are UL recognized components to Standard UL 969.
The new range of products is available in various calipers ranging from 1 to 5 mils to accommodate smooth and textured surfaces, and in standard 39in master widths, with narrower slit widths also available. Additionally, Wausau can also mix and match adhesive technologies and liner options.
