Nilpeter sets up sales and service office in Central Europe

Nilpeter A/S has announced the formation of Nilpeter GmbH, a new sales and service office for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To be launched officially on July 1st 2004, this new addition to Nilpeter's global family will offer increased service and support in these regions.

The establishment of Nilpeter GmbH will meet the increasing challenges of globalisation within the printing press market, and strengthen the introduction of new products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The new subsidiary will also give Nilpeter a stronger overall presence in the region through increased consulting expertise and better service capabilities.

In agreement with Nilpeter's former representative in the region, Clauberg Grafische Systeme (a company within the MAN-Roland group), Nilpeter GmbH is committed to continuing and expanding on all current customer activities. In addition, Nilpeter GmbH will continue to partner closely with Stepan GmbH, Nilpeter's representative in Austria, and with MAN-Roland.

Bernd Fiebig, who has been responsible for Nilpeter products at Clauberg Grafische Systeme for over 20 years, will relocate to Nilpeter's new facilities in Hannover on July 1st 2004. "Nilpeter has been a highly successful brand in Germany throughout my working career and I am looking forward to bringing this brand even closer to my local market," says Mr. Fiebig.
Along with Fiebig come two other employees with 30 years' combined Nilpeter experience - Harry Kruggel (customer support) and Gitta Grendler (office management) - ensuring the necessary continuity in customer
support.

Service in the South German, Austrian and Swiss markets will be further reinforced with a branch office at Stepan GmbH in Vienna. Here, Mag. Andreas Hfner (field service) and Georg Bissenberger (customer support and service) will be key contact persons at Nilpeter GmbH. By the beginning of 2005, they will be part of Nilpeter GmbH's management team.
