North American metallic ink JV dissolved

MD-Both Industries – the North American joint venture between Wolstenholme International and Carl Schlenk AG – will be dissolved on 14th September. After this date, both Wolstenholme and Schlenk will operate independently in the North American market and will continue to support MD-Both’s customers’ businesses through each of their own operations in North America. MD-Both Industries will continue to accept orders until the close of business.
The JV between the two suppliers of metallic inks and bronze and aluminum pigments was set up since 1982.
