Nova Innovene announces further price rise

Nova Innovene has announced a price increase of 50 Eur/t for all Polystyrene products effective May 1 2007. The price increase reflects the expected increase in the Styrene Monomer contract price in May.

Nova Innovene's realized price spread in April was below expectations, and did not reflect fully the supply/demand balance for the company's products. The announced price takes into account the record level environment of the aromatics chain and the price differential between PS and competing products pricing.
