Omet’s key appointment for Australia and New Zealand

Leading Italian manufacturer Omet has appointed Graph-Pak Pty Ltd as its exclusive representative for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Graph-Pak will be responsible for managing sales and technical support in the area for Omet’s range of narrow web flexo presses, as well as its leading range of machines for napkin production.

‘I have a lot of faith in this new partnership,’ explained Tom Ralph, owner of Graph-Pak. ‘The Australian market has huge potential, despite its relatively small population, and this commitment by Omet confirms our belief that a good job can be done.’

Omet is one of the world’s top five manufacturers of narrow web presses, with web widths ranging from 250mm (10”) to 670mm (26”), and featuring both mechanical and servo drive systems.  Over its 45 years of business it has secured many successful installations throughout the world of packaging, as well as offering a wide range of machines for the production of handkerchiefs, napkins and towels in a variety of materials, including tissue and non-wovens.
