The upcoming FINAT Technical Seminar 2005, to be held at the Novotel in Budapest on 18 and19 March promises to be an important industry event providing a valuable opportunity for FINAT members and others interested to update their knowledge of developments in narrow-web technology and applications, legislative issues for labeling and industry standards.


The Seminar is wide-ranging with speakers drawn from a broad platform of international companies at all levels of the self-adhesive labeling value chain. The program has been structured in such a way that it takes into account practical and technical issues facing the industry today, such as


* developments in Eastern European label markets (notably Poland and Hungary)


* testing of label materials


* the latest developments in label printing technology


* digital printing


* security labels


* new substrates


* (laser) die cutting


* innovative labelling solutions
