acpo appoints technical director

Self-wound overlaminate film manufacturer acpo has appointed Nathan Storfer-Isser as technical director. Storfer-Isser has over ten years of diverse experience with polymers, polymer composites, coatings and adhesives. He is a Six-Sigma ‘Black Belt’ with a strong history of new product development and quality resolution. 

At acpo, Storfer-Isser will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing new product development and driving the company’s quality improvement initiative. He will manage the research and development department, the quality department and be heavily involved in operations.

Prior to joining acpo, Storfer-Isser most recently worked at Avery Dennison Corporation, Graphic & Reflective Division in Painesville Ohio as a senior development engineer. In this role, Storfer-Isser managed new products, product cost reductions, and quality improvements. He earned his doctorate degree in materials science and metallurgy from the University of Cambridge, England.
