Acucote announces new position

Acucote has appointed Mr Raymond ‘Bud’ Gray to the newly created position of business development manager – brand protection.

Mr Gray brings to the position over thirty years experience in the sales of pressure-sensitive materials and label, tag and ticket converting. For most of his career, Mr Gray has been engaged in delivering brand protection and secure packaging to major brand owner clients throughout North America.

In this new role, Mr Gray will work directly with brand owners, package converters and applicable trade associations to propel the marketing and use of brand protection products in the battle against organized product and brand theft.

For many years, Bud has been an active member of both the Tag & Label Manufacturers Institute, where he served as executive director, and the Flexographic Technical Association. He will maintain an office in Naperville, Illinois, USA.
